Client Manager (maternity leave substitute)
Are you looking for a new challenge in the area of sales? Are you up for intercultural experiences on a daily basis? BBi is now looking for a Client Manager to join our growing international team in Helsinki, Finland.
Responsibilities:
- Sales to new and existing accounts in the Finnish region
- Account Management in accordance to the BBi process
- Marketing and event organization
- Delegating tasks to different business areas with regular follow-up
- Handling customer complaints and problems
- General administration including, but not limited to, budgeting, profit & loss, invoicing, procurement, contract management, reporting, etc.
We expect from you:
- Passion towards customer service and sales
- Previous experience in sales and marketing
- Flexibility to work with different areas of business
- Ability to work across cultures
- Willingness to travel
- Degree in either economics, business, marketing or management
- Fluency in English and Finnish language, fluency in other languages is considered an asset
- Interest in languages & cross-cultural issues is valued highly

Teachers
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, inspiring and professional teachers in Swedish, English, Chinese, Russian and Finnish languages to work with our growing international team all over Finland. We expect that you can manage with English language in addition to your native teaching language, and that you are computer literate understanding the basics of MS Office suite.
Your work will require pedagogical skills and education or experience in teaching, initiative and good interaction skills. Previous experience in teaching in an adult education environment is greatly appreciated. We hope that you are familiar with the business world and fast in your ability to adapt to different types of business-environments.
We are headquartered in Helsinki, but we have positions open around Finland, for example, in Turku, Riihimäki, Vantaa, Lappreenranta, Tampere, Oulu, Kuopio, Joensuu and Helsinki. The positions are project based work, which are paid per hour.
Intercultural communication consultants
